Schedule wedding date around guests?
I'm getting married next june, and my fiance and i could only rent out the location we wanted on a sunday instead of a saturday. the problem we have now is my sister complaining about her not being able to come to the wedding (she lives in VA and I am in MD) because it's on a sunday and she won't have time to get back home before her kids need to go to school. anyway, she was going to be my maid of honor and her kids were going to be in the wedding as well. my question is, do you think i should change my wedding date and look for a different place, or just keep what i have and find a new wedding party? |||Hi. This is something you will need to work out with your sister. Personally, I don't see the big deal of letting your children miss one day of school for their aunt's wedding. Seems like your sister is trying to spoil things for you. IF you had your wedding on a Saturday, wouldn't she have to take the kids out of school on Friday in order to be there for the rehearsal? So....what's the big deal if you have the rehearsal on Saturday, wedding on Sunday, and she takes the kids out of school on Monday to travel back home. Is there a way of getting my period earlier then the next scheduled date?
My monthly cycle is 28-30 days to the date. But I want it to come earlier on my next cycle (because I'm going away on a trip and I don't want the hassle!!!) Are there any remedies to make it come faster? My grandmother told me that eating lemons and pineapples may do the trick....any thoughts? How do I date several people at once?
It gets complicated managing all their different phone numbers and emails, plus scheduling dates with them. And then on dates, half the conversations you start talking about another girl who was involved in something you did. Plus, you forget that you kissed one, but went further with a different one. Should I schedule a court date for a speeding ticket?
1.On 07/27/09,I went to my arraignment in which the judge did ask me,"To plea guilty or not guilty!" Then,someone told him the speed that I was accused of going at was only a fine,so he say that I am not going to ask that. So,really? I never really pleaded,but the judge tell me that I can pay $225 USD or do 14 hours of community service plus $85 USD. The thing is that I didn't decide if I wanted to go to a trial,but note that this is my first speeding ticket. I do not know if the time that a police officer just give me a warning for speeding,did that go into my driving record. The thing is that I have to pay up by 01/27/10,but should I call the Anoka County Courthouse to schedule a court date?
2.If I do get a court date,what information should I ask for when it comes in regard to the police officer that accuse me of speeding?

How to schedule a play-date for kids with disabilities?
My son is Autistic and has been in a developmentally delayed class for a few years now. I was excited when I found out that we were was finally going to be able to have the opportunity to be around others that understand. I thought that others in this situation branched out and showed support. Hardly the case... Parents in the class keep to themselves and aren't really social? For 3 years I have invited around 20 kids each time for my sons birthday party and have had very little success. One year no one came. We have also joined a group for Autistic children. They don't even communicate with each other!!??... They get together once a month and that's it.
With that being said, my son is showing a lot of social progress. It's a happy time and yet a very sad one for us.My husband and I are both military and have finally settled in a home far from our family. Our son literally has no one to play with. He tries to play with other kids, but due to his lack of social skills other children kinda look at him like he's a freak. It saddens me. Well, I would like to arrange a play-date with the other kids in his classroom because I'm sure that some of the other kids/parents have experienced this. This is a very important opportunity for both my son and I. In past circumstances, I haven't done so well with having a good turnout to our events. I want to make sure that I schedule it a a comfortable time and place. I don't have the phone numbers, e-mail or addresses of the other parents in class. So I will have to send invitations through his teachers. Can anyone please give me advice on how to make a successful play-date? I think most people would find that an odd invitation, and be uncomfortable about attending the birthday party of a child who was largely unknown to them. Does your kid _want_ twenty kids at his birthday party...? That is overwhelming for a small tot.
How old is your child?
This idea to arrange a playdate with other kids in his class whose families you are not already acquainted with is...unusual, and I think, again, you will find the same "haven't done so well with having a good turnout to our events" problem as this is just not what most people do on the weekends, ferry their kids to the homes of strangers.
I think you want to concentrate on building a social network through more conventional channels. Take your kid to lessons -- swimming? Do you enjoy singing, can you volunteer for community theatre or sing in a church? Have you checked Facebook for a local parents' group on there, have you checked out existing playgroups? Check library and community centre bulletin boards for information on ditto...
Apart from other people being unlikely to come to your house -- forcing kids to play together is not going to benefit your son. Try reaching out to the families in the autistic group you've joined; at the end, just say "Hey, does anybody want to do a playgroup at my place/the McDonald's/wherever? Give me your e-mail..." Using teachers as invitation-senders to unknown parties is really not likely to go over well with anyone.

I think most people would find that an odd invitation, and be uncomfortable about attending the birthday party of a child who was largely unknown to them. Does your kid _want_ twenty kids at his birthday party...? That is overwhelming for a small tot.

This idea to arrange a playdate with other kids in his class whose families you are not already acquainted with is...unusual, and I think, again, you will find the same "haven't done so well with having a good turnout to our events" problem as this is just not what most people do on the weekends, ferry their kids to the homes of strangers.
I think you want to concentrate on building a social network through more conventional channels. Take your kid to lessons -- swimming? Do you enjoy singing, can you volunteer for community theatre or sing in a church? Have you checked Facebook for a local parents' group on there, have you checked out existing playgroups? Check library and community centre bulletin boards for information on ditto...
Apart from other people being unlikely to come to your house -- forcing kids to play together is not going to benefit your son. Try reaching out to the families in the autistic group you've joined; at the end, just say "Hey, does anybody want to do a playgroup at my place/the McDonald's/wherever? Give me your e-mail..." Using teachers as invitation-senders to unknown parties is really not likely to go over well with anyone.

It would be a better idea to invite fewer children at a time, for example 3-5. That way there is less chance of them feeling overwhelmed and you will be better able to ensure that the environment is suitable for them and that they can enjoy themselves and participate on their own terms.
Instead of reaching out to all the other parents at a time through group invitations, you could maybe try to contact just a few of them and try to establish a more personal, one on one contact with them and see if that works better. Keep in mind that some of the parents may actually be on the autism spectrum too, so they may not socialize the same way you do and may prefer one on one interactions over group settings.

That could be a good opportunity to talk to some of the parents. Maybe the teacher can also help you get in contact with some of the other parents without having to always be a messenger in between. The teacher also knows the kids and may have some good ideas about how to set up a suitable playdate for them.

How Soon Can You Schedule A Second Date?
I think we all know what I'm implying, how soon can I schedule a second date without seeming to rush it?
In my case we went to a comedy club last night(Saturday), and it was a blast! lol. So we agreed to go on a second date and I told her I'd see what was happening locally this week(I live in a large city), then see if it fit with her schedule.

Does menstrual schedule effect due date?
I am just curious if anyone knows if our menstrual schedule has anything to do with when our baby will come? My last period was june 21 and I know I conceived on July 1st and my usual period came every 24-26 days, hence the super short window between having period and getting pregnant. I had no idea I ovulated THAT soon after my period ended (lasts 5-7 days) but after TTC for 4 months I finally tracked my temperature in the morning and that is my ovulation- weird, I know. But anyway, does the fact that my period always came every 25 days (approximately) effect my due date? One doula I spoke to said that my due date should really be 3.24 based on my menstrual schedule, but I'm not sure... How long is the effective period to change the schedule after the flight date?

A big reason is probably to schedule is most convenient and doctors hate to have to rush a c-sect.....too stressful for all involved to do a "bedpans flying" c-sect is how my dr stated it.

Sounds weird but true!|||It's much easier to do a C-section on a woman who is not in labour than on one who is. When you're in labour the uterus is contracting strongly, so they have to give you much stronger drugs to stop it. So they schedule a date when you're unlikely to have gone into labour naturally but baby will be fully mature. That's normally sometime between 37 and 39 weeks.|||my doc is doing the same thing since i'm breech.... he said a week before my due date... i heard its because if you get to far into your labor it can cause stress on the baby...like the cord can come out first and things like that

I called and they told me that they are going by the origional returns so that if I didn't qualify this year without my ammended return I might be able to get it next year. What happens if the court is closed on my appearance date?
I have a speeding ticket in Kings County, CA. My appearance date is May 5th 2010. Citation 22349 (B)VC I called to see if it is a mandatory appearance and to make payment arrangements. The automated voice said Courts will be closed on Wed. because of state budget cuts. Do I get a failure to appear? Is it my responsability to schedule another date and will a warrant be issued?|||Sounds like a get out of jail free card.|||No is there is no court you don't have to be there. And it is your responsibility to make other arrangements. Did your irs stimulus paper check arrive on its scheduled date?
I know mine is scheduled for June 13th, but i was wondering if they are arriving the week of the 13th or the following week.|||I will know this week I got my letter on Tuesday saying the same thing I will get it BY 6/6, my last 2 are #30, my roommates is #33, he got the same letter. It will be nice if it comes earlier. I did hear some people got their letters then got their check the next day or day after.

Has anyone had a problem with IRS e file direct deposit schedule/ dates?
I have great new just within the past few minutes they have updated their wheres my refund site with accurate info. jan 30th is a go!!!!! whewwww. I filed 1/16 and was given an orginal direct deposit date for 2/3 it then switched to dd date of 1/23.|||Well, I am very ticked!! My refund was accepted by the irs on Jan. 18th. Tax act said it would be transferred to my bank on Jan. 30th. Checked this morning and it's not there! My moms refund was accepted after mine and she received hers today (Jan 30). She said the irs website said it would be deposited by Feb 2nd. So I check just now and my date is by Feb 10th. WTF gives.
Just fyi, incase it matters... My last name starts with a "L" and my mom's a "J".|||think they had a lot of people file early. Mine too originally said 2/3 and then was moved back to 2/10. At least I am getting a refund, after things change this coming year, we probably will all be on here asking why were no longer getting refunds to start with.

IRS only do deposits on Fridays, and 3feb is not friday and now it says 10feb. What is going on? I have been trying to reach IRS over the phone and I kept getting transfered to hotline machine who would tell me same as online, and then when I tried to see if I could speak to anyone I would get disconected or machine would start repeating my refund amount again and again and again until I would disconect. Crazy!!!!!|||Mine has not been corrected yet either. Mine was accepted on 1/19 so it should say 1/30 yet it still says 2/10. I hope it gets fixed soon. With Yahoo you can't schedule a later date to send, you can save it to the Draft bin and send it yourself later. E Cards can be sent when you want.

When having a planned c-section do the dr's schedule it a week before your due date?
What was your experience? We are not yet pregnant, so cannot ask the, the doctor...... we simply want to plan a pregnancy for a certain time and knowing this would help. If your pregnancy is healthy, they will probably do it some time during your 39th week... but it will be on a day your doctor is on call and will be there anyway. It probably won't be exactly a week early. Depends on your condition right now, how bad you need it, your surgeon, their schedule, insurance, and the facility at which you are having it.
It's knee arthroscopy and lateral release is usually used to treat patella tracking problems which are not too severe. Normally, a person isn't in as bad as shape of a person with a torn ACL or broken bone that needs to be surgically set, so the orthopedic is more likely to schedule them earlier and you won't be in crazy amounts of pain or severely disabled while you wait.
I was told the wait would be 2 months, but my condition was worsening and I couldn't do anything beyond walking so somehow my surgeon got me in within a month. I was lucky or else the desk scheduling people said 2 months.

Is it possible ups might deliver before scheduled date?

Which date should I choose to schedule my induction?
My doctor will be inducing me around 37-38 weeks due to complications. That's around Dec. 26-Jan. 2. If you could choose a date somewhere around those dates, which would you choose %26amp; why? My fiance wants sometime in Dec. for tax reasons %26amp; my mom wants Jan. because "a 2010 baby" just sounds better lol. I've always felt sorry for people born around holidays because they seem to get lumped into the holiday celebration but I don't really have TOO much of a choice here. Is it possible that UPS might deliver before scheduled delivery date?
I ordered a package off of ebay on tuesday, but they didnt ship it until about 5pm eastem today(thursday) I asked for express 2-day shipping and currently the package is in kentucky (thursday night). my problem is that the tracking information says its scheduled delivery day is monday. i needed it by saturday at least. does ups ever deliver ahead of schedule? or do they ever deliver on saturdays?|||They have delivered a day early to me but nothing sooner than that so I would say chances are you won't get it until Monday. I scheduled a court date for a traffic violation via online. Around 3 weeks later, I recieved a letter from the court stating that the cop have changed the violation code. How long after the scheduled date on the IRS website will I get the Stimulus money?
My last two numbers of my social are 50 so I should have received it today, but didn't.
I know people are saying that the bank might hold it until Monday, but I'm not sure if that is the right information.
Also, I checked the IRS website and put in my information to see when my payment is scheduled and it keeps coming up as no information available.|||Same with me, mine's 56 and had direct deposit and it isn't showing up. Do you see the judge on the day it is listed on the ticket? or have to schedule a date?
I have a ticket that is due in 2 days and I'm thinking its a court where you have to pay first. But since there are 2 days left, if I show up at the time it says, do I get to be in front of the judge or have to schedule a date and time? I try calling this court from various numbers and departments and none of them answer! I've tried for days and hours and nothing. Its 4 hours away and now I have to go all the way over there just to get an extension, but if I can see the judge up front, then I would. No court accepts extensions through the phone. The address of the court is listed on the ticket as well.

I have a past due traffic citation in Fayette county Kentucky but I live in Florida. I was told by the clerk of courts that I needed to come into the courthouse and schedule a date. I cant do that I live in Florida and cant afford to fly up there to do this. Plus I don't know if they will arrest me or not. I need to pay off this ticket to get my license reinstated. I need to get a license by January according to my probation officer.|||yeah. but its not a for sure. you could argue that its out of your power to attend the scheduled court date at the appointed court house. they will probably provide transportation or change the court house. you could also pay for a lawyer and have him handle it for you.|||no..

Show them IT IS A CLAIM against you and that they intended to LIEN on your freedom and possibly put you in jail, or ...
You could put an Injunction for any acts against you and do the same.
The Fraudulently Filed Lien or Claim in Texas only costs like 15 bucks to file - and it is found under THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE; 搂51.903 ... tells you how to do the motion, affidavit and/or etc.

You will have to be booked ,and finger printed , and of course the famous mug shot will have to be done , so they can get this matter recorded for your criminal record.
The sooner you do this after having knowledge of the warrant the better off you will be , plus it will make you look more responsible to the judge , and the image you portray to the judge goes a long way , turning yourself in will be better than waiting to get picked up|||Go down to the court and schedule your court date with the clerk. If you are worried about being arrested, don't. The law is nothing but a "business" now. The court will make more money off of you if they let you have a court date. The judge will want to know about your personal life, such as where do you work? (potential money). Help me out here folks! What exactly are the dates of the Christmas exodus for Fort Leonard Wood MO this year Dec 2008 also is there a difference in those dates for Active Duty and Reserve? Son is in the reserves and he originally thought one set of dates and now that the plane ticket is bought is saying something different. Help! Please only those who know, answer.......|||each command sets their own release dates.|||Ok, My husband is in basic there too and he is getting to come home, but I am going to pick him up on the 18th, he told me if he was flying home it would be the 19th or 20th I dont think there is any difference in it at all because basic training is basic training for both active and reserve. Just when you talk to him Sunday (if that is the day he calls) tell him to go ask the DS or I would expect him on the day the plane ticket sais. I am the petitioner. I filed a modification in this case. I recieved a date on the court's schedule for May 1st. On April 27th the respondent's attorney called me and told me that he had gone to court that morning and was granted a continuance. How is that possible without my consent?|||It is possible and common to get a continuance without the consent of the other side. What should not be possible, however, is for the attorney for one side to go into court to ask for such a continuance without first giving notice to the other side that he intends to do so, and when he will do so. If the date is no good for you, you should tell the court that the request was made without notice to you, and request a new hearing to reschedule.|||Yes they can, and no you don't have to consent, you can even object to a continuance but if they judge rules on it. but any way the orthodontist gave me like 3 or 4 different times when my braces "would be coming off"
it all depends on the person mine took so long because one of my teeth on the bottom was being stubborn and would not turn properly
but after getting multiple power chains and my tooth sanded down it turned and my braces are about to come off
so it just depends on how quickly your teeth change and react to your braces and hard ware|||yes|||no, it's just an estimate. They do not know exactly how your teeth will move over the next couple months.|||I got mine off in 3/4 of the original estimate, but my case wasn't complex. The degree of complexity is a big factor in knowing how much time a correction will require.

The degree of complexity is a big factor in knowing how much time a correction will require.
