When to schedule second date?

Had a successful first date on Sunday (she was constantly giggling, playing with her hair, etc.) and was wondering when it is good to schedule a second date. I'll actually probably see her today at the college club we go to every Monday, though I'll ask her in private on the phone or something. She said her classes end at 1:00 Tuesday and Thursday so I was thinking of scheduling a lunch together on Thursday then going elsewhere afterward. Don't forget, in your enthuasiasm, though that she might have other stuff planned well in advance and sometimes you may have to reschedule. Just mentioning that because I've had too many guys I'd had a good date with get insecure because I couldn't automatically fall into place with their schedule (having a life I'd planned out before I met them).
