Scheduled c-section for this birth- how early will the schedule it from due date?

I am due on Nov. 1st and wondering when they usually schedule a c-section when this has already been chosen as the method. I had an emergency c-section with my first and because of issues with this pregnancy it's almost a definite at this point that I will have a c-section. How early do they schedule it from the due date usually? They will not want me to go into labor, obviously, but not sure of anything other than that fact.|||A week before your due date.
