my friend is pregnant and she run away to a different state but she was on probation already plus she run away before and now her own mom trying to say she broke in the house and her mom put charges on her and how long will it take to schedule a court date for that and how long will she get you think|||scheduling a court date will depend on the docket
how much time will she gets will depend on her record esp since she was on probation before
sounds to me that since she is a runner that she should be placed in a detention center until the birth of her child where she and the baby can be monitored and the baby have prenatal care. Care that she will not get if she is on the run. Right now her safety and the baby's is more important than her getting out and running again
