I need to find a way to keep my work schedule up to date writing in my agenda doesn't seem to work for me.

Now that I have started working shift work after years of doing 9-5 I can't seem to get my schedule organised. I have posted my schedule everwhere but I still put my alarm clock for 7am and I still expect to be home at 5pm..Please help!|||Suggest that you make a list of pros and cons regarding your job -- can you afford to be without it? Do you like it? Do you want to keep it? Take a look around at all of the unemployed people -- make up your mind to accept the fact that your job requires specific hours and if you want to keep it, you will need to accept the fact that you must change.

Try setting your alarm clock 30 minutes early if getting up is an issue. Look at all of the positive things about a change in your work schedule. If you are unwilling to internally accept required work hours, start looking for another job with the hours you want, but do not quit your current job until you have accepted a position elsewhere. And be sure to give notice to your current employer. Best wishes.|||If you are on your computer on the Yahoo site, use Yahoo calendar with remimders.|||palm pilot. and change your sleep cycle depending on your shift. and find out what activities are available while you are not working instead of what you are use to.|||Do you have a email account with yahoo? I f so use yahoo calander. You can set it up to send reminders to your email, messenger, and cell phone. This has helped me to keep appiontments.
